Our furniture utilizes the centuries-old technique of Japanese Joinery, which allows the pieces to be assembled easily without the need for metal tools or hardware while providing superior structural integrity.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit typically takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within the contiguous United States.
Does The Bed require tools for assembly?
No tools are required. The Bed is designed for intuitive assembly that can be completed in minutes. Each piece slides together using our unique joinery system, and the slats unroll for a perfect fit.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-night trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the original packaging to facilitate the return process.
Is the wood sustainably sourced?
Yes, we use eco-friendly materials including upcycled rubberwood from plantations at the end of their latex-producing life cycle. All our wood is GREENGUARD Gold certified for low chemical emissions.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Thuma products come with a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
